Panel approves ‘Castle Doctrine’ proposal

Using deadly force to protect hearth and home would be a “full and complete defense” in court under a Castle Doctrine bill approved by the West Virginia Senate.

Hooray for West Virginia. All states need to pass this doctrine. If you live in a State that doesn't have it, ask your State Senators and Representatives to introduce it, the "Castle Doctrine".

Every state needs to follow this example... for the good of the nation. Frankly, I can't think of a better way to combat crime.
