Where and how was the Public protected.

At what point does the 'government' give up the faction "America" is at war. Do I suggest 'government' is talking out of both sides of 'ones' mouth.

Our goverment does talk out of both sides of it's mouth and it also keeps a different set of books.
And you would think when it does something, it means the oppisit of what it meant.
