Mark Sanford has not yet decided what he'll do with a bill awaiting his signature that lowers South Carolina's minimum age to buy and sell guns from 21 to 18, spokesman Joel Sawyer said Friday. | Senior Member | i wish it was 18 in ohio i want a ruger MK III and sr9...unfortunately i am only 19. i don't understand this law if an 18 year old can buy a rifke why not a handgun? most rifles could do ten times the damage of a handgun if the owner wanted it to.....let me buy my handguns!!! |
