For a decade, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has been forbidden by Congress from doing research on gun control issues. Such piddling hurdles as federal law don't matter to the Obama administration.

Yeah, CDC was forbidden from doing research on gun control issues because they were/are an agency so riddled with leftist political agendas, they could never be objective. Even the U.S. Justice Department under the Clinton Administration admitted that where there were CCW laws, violent crime rates plunged, and likewise, accidents did not increase.

It appears that the old idea that if you remove "something" guns that
socitity won't be violent. Ha HA

About 3000 to 2500 years ago the Chinaese King decreed a band
on bows & arrows to provide safity(sp) for the people. The king soon found out that it wouldn't work, criminals didn't obey laws. So the
band was repeled. Smart king. Sad that Obama and the anti-gun
people have not learned this lesson.

I'm not down playing the the results of tragicies(sp) of crimes by
guns, drive by shootings, etc.
