None of the aldermen had to take a stand, true - but the fact the motion could not even get a second so it could be debated and voted upon is also telling, don't you think?

Such desperate accusations … and from a desperate and rightfully embarrassed politician. In the future Ms. Elliot, try proposing stiffer penalties for … criminals … who commit crimes in the park, not law abiding citizens exercising a Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.
