GGReporter Moderator Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 4,617	Pennsylvania: Highspire Mayor supports illegal gun control measure Mayor John Hoerner is urging Highspire Borough Council to pass an ordinance to require gun owners to report a lost or stolen gun to police within 72 hours.But borough councilman Charles Dengler questioned the idea, saying state laws prohibited the borough from creating gun laws."Right now the NRA [National Rifle Association] is suing Pittsburgh and other towns, because it was found to be illegal in the Pennsylvania Crimes Code," Dengler said.
