Massachussetts: Second Amendment is more than guns

Rep. Jeff Perry:I strongly disagree with a recent Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's decision where the Court stated the Second Amendment to the Constitution does not apply to Massachusetts. This is a dangerous decision not only for gun owners and sportsmen, but also for all citizens who believe that states are subject to all the Amendments of the Constitution.

Representative Perry has his head screwed on straight. As I am fond of telling the so-called civil rights activists who are all for free speech, quick and speedy trial, security against search and seizure without a warrant, etc. etc. etc. but are rabidly anti-gun, the Second Amendment is the one that gives teeth to all the rest, to let the People chomp on a government that would run roughshod over their rights. You cannot be for civil rights without being pro-gun, because without the right to keep and bear arms, you don't have rights guaranteed by the Constitution; you have privileges allowed you by the government, privileges they can take away from you any time they want, for any reason - or for no reason at all.

Jim Perry understands this and is putting out the word, loud and clear. Let's hope he decides to run for higher office. We need men like him in the Congress and in the Governors' Mansions all across this country of ours.

Hmmm..... so, the Massahole Supreme Court considers their state a sovereign nation, NOT a part of the United States....? They need to get retrained for a less mentally demanding job - say, scraping roadkill off the state's highways........

Last time I checked

I think Massachussetts is still part of the Union "correct me if I am wrong please". So with that said I view this so called "law" as pure bunk.

My two cents worth. About the few days after Katrina. Their was another arrow shot in the name of peace and safety, to try and DISARM HONEST, noneducated and educated alike which ever the case. Despite ones education I feel that both classes are capable of taking a firearms training course. Now about Katrina and the few days afterwards. As far as I am concerned/my opinion, does not need to take said training to defend his/her family on his property. In my opinion the only ones that were commiting the more sever criminal activity those several days after Katrina "were" not the ones that were told but ---- the ones that were realeasing the orders to local and non local men and women in uniform to go door to door and disarm honest citizens of their right to bear arms ( and they carried out those orders AT GUNPOINT to law abiding citizens ) they, they, real criminals, the ones releasing orders and not those in uniform that were forced to do this Un-American injustice. Again not those that were told but the ones passing the orders to the ones and given the task of disarming law abiding citizens and making them feel they did something wrong. THE REAL CITIZENS, HONEST LAW ABIDING, CITIZEN WHO CARRY THE SPIRIT OF THE LAW IN THEIR HEARTS --- the real criminals were the ones handing the gold plate over to thieves, crimminals, dumb, idiototic "so called citizens" AND LEADERS NO MATTER WHAT COLOR THIER SKIN WAS" white/black/green/red/yellow which in my opinion, the only thing these so called honest law abiding CITIZEN/CITIZENS, the citizen that ILEAGLEY RECIEVES capitol, DURING hell bent disorder, in their favor for future votes so they can keep their pockets well lined with the very cash that is given them by the ones that are honest tax paying citizens The ones,-- THEY ARE SUPOSEDLY PROTECTING. I am not familiar with this law you speak of IN MASS. but I believe my statements to be honest and true for any state of the union. The revolving door politicians that only seek out a second term are just using and abusing their own citizens for political capitol. So far I believe Obama can see above the political consequences and he seems not to care about any second term. I believe he shoots straight "no pun intented" as far as his policies are concerned I HOPE I AM RIGHT. Wheather I like OR NOT LIKE A MAN IN POWER. A Man I RESPECT " SO FAR " IS A MAN WHICH SEEMS TO HAVE intestinal fortitude to stand for what he believes in. THE FUTURE WILL REVEAL THAT---???--- PERIOD.... Well this IS "MY POLITICAL VIEW OF A LAW THAT " I ", PERSONALY BELIEVE IS BUNK AND CORRUPTLY MOTIVATED.--- Should Mass. citizens be automaticaly criminalized/and/or treated as criminal. I was appauled when I found out just recently that Government and local authorities were ordered to go door to door and collect all firearms. Give me a break, (AFTER KATRINA). The only persons they are decieving is themselves. And I honestly believe that given the opportunity the Local Law enforcement would go and hand back each and every handgun/rifle/tazer etc etc to the honest law abiding citizen. The very people that could have helped in a time of lawlessness were stripped of the only means of helping the local political/law-en-forcing elements of New Orleans after Katrina. I had a friend that once told me that "people that are outside his door are in Gods country, but once they enter trough his door they are past Out of God country and into a teams property. God and his-self.

Seeing this is an open forum, and people are given the ability to see things without registering, I am restrained from any further comment that would jepordize this wonderful place to express ones facts and views, honestly and openly. Because NOTHING IS SACRED/PRIVATE any more I restrian my lips from further revealing things I think the general public should know. But please let us remember that what we say should be able to be backed up with source points from more than one location.

It was a sad day when A real President died. I think his name need not be told among people that are in the Know about truth, guns and have the talent to see through the smoked glass windows, and are able to see through the so called criminal curtailing laws. Get rid of the revolving door and put in a concrete one with a hole just big enough to slide a plate of green bologna sandwiches with white bread all three meals day after day month after month year after year to those that kill, rape, and those that destroy families with drive by shootings, person to person stabbing someone to death over a girlfriend and or a ten dollar bill, etc, etc, and etc x thousands. Let our Government quit listening to whimps that line their Governments pockets with polluted green and political capitol. It made me sick to hear on the news one day a person fighting against capitol punishment and particulary Leathel Injection. Their argument, Oh I think they feel pain for a few seconds before they die. PLEASE DO NOT NAUSEATE ME ANY MORE YOU PEOPLE AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE and, most likely not a member here.

Off my cold dead fingers, C.H. Over three million strong Mr. President Thank you very much. It is In your honor I speak these words above.

I Stand, I love colors that do not run but except for one

that force those that carry these colors to carry out their price for " so called justice, freedom etc" , I think we like the Oil that is below our so called enemy. That is the only one of many reasons I can see for the Kuait and Iraq War. Kissenger in his book said, "the Iraq war is about Oil". And I agree with him but in the context he presented, but not as the general public sees. It is I believe a fight about Oil. But it is a fight to keep the Harbor entrance near Kuait open and protected so Oil could freely flow where ever the free world wants it to flow. Yes what we did for Kuait under the direction of H. Norman Schwarzkopf in my opinion totaly justifiable under George H. W. Bush" command and leadership. To both of these men you are my heros.

This is dedicated, To the whimps, that blow but cannot stand being blown back at. (no puns intended)

Kind Regards to all who read this. And I mean no offense to those that believe otherwise. This is a free country at least for the time being. Well I am long winded because this is just a start of my views of the far eastern wars our Government has Chose to put us in. And that leadership into those wars was and is not Mr, President Obamah. And the deep ression and mess that was left in his lap and he is now being blamed for by the ignorant. He has his flaws but those I mentioned are not his to carry. It will be his to carry as to the victory and or non-victory. Yes I am not arrogant enough to believe the U.S. is infallable. Pride goeth before the fall.

D. J. B.

PS: Could not find the one about Katrina but I believe this retired officer reflects the feelings of the Majority of Law-enforcement men and women.
