Thumbs up aim surplus experience

hey, thought i'd share my experience with aim surplus. when i ordered my mosin nagant M1891/30(was in GREAT condition by the way, along with the bayonet) it came with a nice ammo pouch, oil bottle, sling and a set of 5 tools. they were in excellent condition but it seems they did not properly seal the oil bottle and it leaked over everything in the bag. so i emailed customer support and told them about it, said they'd send me another one at no charge. 2 weeks later i got another plastic bag full of goodies but this time some of the accessories were not for my rifle, and to top it off the ones that werent for the mosin were in horrible condition(keep in mind they were sold out of mosins so I guess they sent me what was left), the sling was the worst out of everything else, looked like it was packed in grease. ammo pouch, oil bottle, and most of the tools(about 20 in total) were ok, though. at this point i said screw it. but just recently i emailed them yet again and in 2 days i have recieved another bag of accessories. this time everything was correct and like new ! i managed to somewhat restore all the other accessories so now i own: 3 soviet post war ammo pouches(one is a very odd model, looks new), 3 different soviet oil bottles, 2 mosin slings, 1 sling for an unknown rifle, 2 sets of mosin tools, a set of 20 tools for an unknown rifle, and a very sharp bayonet.

all in all, i am extremely satisfied with they're costumer service despite the small hassle, with all the free stuff i got, i will continue ordering from them. so far i ordered plenty of guns and ammo from them and everything came in excellent condition without any more problems. would definetely recommend these guys. :right:

I've had good experiences with AIM, also.

I got my first order from AIM today. I ordered ammo, not a firearm. It took about 8 days for it to show up. I ordered 150 rounds of .32 S&W Long. They had the best price I found anywhere. The only criticism I would have is that I didn't know the shipping and final cost until it hit my bank account. Other than that, no complaints.

Yep, they did right by me with my Enfield No.4 Mk.1. Better than I had expected!
