Thumbs up

Hey...I live in Gladstone, MO, not far from your home. I just checked Mapquest and saw the general area where you live. Just give me a P.M. and I'll give you my phone number and email and maybe we can schedule for you to visit my home and check out that motor. It needs a new home for sure, and I need the space it's now taking.

Ox

I've sent you an email so I'm waiting to hear back from you. Hope we can make a deal for your son.

Ox, did you finally get rid of your anchor?

Decided to keep both anchors on board for a while in case they're needed. However, by letting out just one anchor rope so it's hanging at about a 45 Degree angle, I'm predicting the the boat won't drift much, if any.

The 1948, 2 stroke, 4 cylinder, 5.5 h.p. Evinrude outboard motor is still available for sale for $200. Oil mixture is 16-1. It ran just fine all of last summer. Bought a new 15 H.P. Nissan 4 stroke motor, so this one's for sale. It would still be a great motor for a John boat or a 14-16 ft aluminum fishing boat.
