How is the Hi-Power Practical different?

Sorry if this is pretty basic, but I can't find any info on the Browning site: Apart from the rounded hammer, wraparound grips and bright finish, are there any other differences between the Practical and the Standard Hi-Power? Also, are the grips on all Hi-Power models interchangeable, so I could replace the Pachmayrs with custom wood?

Thanks --

Charlie
