After inspection, it went back together and has worked perfectly since. I only paid $400.00 for mine. Glad I got it when I did. A real good shooter, too. Just keep that chamber nice and clean!

that flash hidder indeed is from a british stg-58, look's good on it. but in order to place the hk-cetme bayonet can be offset due to the bayonet rail in the flash hidder, your's is were the cleaning kit is,cocking tube.

If you wany an original bayo lug/ tool kit holder, tapco.com has them or powercustom.com can send you one, too. It goes in the hole under the front sight where what looks like a rubber plug is on yours. Two pins hold it in. Push first pin in (the pin in just a hole), twist, then push other pin in (the one in lower slotted hole), pull out. Inside will be an aluminum tube that unscrews from the lug to store cleaning tools.
