CETME's from FAC...

Does anyone here have a CETME acquired from Federal Arms? Or know of them?

FAC distributes a lot of items not made by them. I would identify
1. the receiver
2. what company assembled it

I have a Centurion 99 G3 clone that uses a Federal Arms aluminum receiver, was assembled by Century Arms, and distributed by who knows?
Point is Century did the work and Federal did the receiver. Both are decent. Some CETME receivers are by Hesse and the general opinion on Hesse is that they STINK. But Century is generally ok, though not as good as Special Weapons. Also identify the material and manufacturing processes. There are varieties.
