| Brugger and Thomet=awesome
Back ordered for 4 months... I just got my brugger and thomet scope mount in for my CETME and I'm excited! I haven't posted for awhile. So let me update you on my rifle. It's an early model century arms Cetme, a thicker reciever Cetme which doesn't allow claw style mounts without alot of modding such as filing to the mount, which I didn't want to do. I read about the Brugger and thomet mount and decided to splurge on one. Only good choice left! 179 bux later and 4 months of waiting it arrived. The scope is a Barska 6-24x with med Warne quick detach rings. I will probably replace the scope in the future. Maybe with a posp russian 8x. The Barska isn't the greatest, looks mean lol but the front sight is shadowed a bit on high power. It's not the clearest scope on the world either but for now it will do just fine. Took it out and shot it with winchester white box. I had a few flyers. but with the crappy ammo I was able to get about 2moa out of the rifle. I think it could do better with match ammo. The scope mount is mounted forward due to the low rings. I took the scope off another project of mine. However the cheek weld is very good and there is not eye relief issues. overall I'm happy with the mount. Very solid and I believe that I could detach a scope and it would still hold zero. Anyway, post comments if ya would, I'd like to know what ya all think! ![]() ![]() ![]()
