Harvested over 2 days, more will be red and ready today. I had gotten one Goliath previously, but only the one.
I've been getting a LOT of green tomatoes (Alabama boy, of course gran'ma taught me to make fried maters!), but this is the first harvest of red tomatoes.
Red ripe Romas, and green Big Boys and Goliaths. I'm going to make some green tomato relish and I use the greens in sauteed mixed veggies, and of course I did this. Not quite like granny used to make (no breading) but they are GREAT as long as you don't let them go cold.
Use very little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook them a little more than you should, they are better if they are a little dry.

Barry you are doing great with the garden. I like those Roma,s for sauces and salads. Everything looks nice and healthy. By the way Barry did you ever get those coons or squirrels that ruined your corn crop. I didnt read about if you got the critter.
