| PICS Moving Hydro Peppers to Soil
I decided to take my hydroponic grow system apart and move the huge pepper plants from growing in water to growing in soil like normal plants LOL! I have room in my garden and want to start using my weight bench again! I am finishing off my front porch and will be building a large indoor garden hydroponic system out there, so until then I will take advantage of that big grow light in the sky and put my babies into the garden. You can go from hydroponic to soil fairly easily without alot of shock on the plant. However, it is extremely difficult to go from soil to hydroponic without killing the plant... anyway, I included some interesting pictures of the root systems that grow in hydroponic systems. These plants are gonna dwarf the plants in the garden even though the garden plants were started long before their hydro cousins. Anyway, I thought some of you might find it as neat as I do! Will start a thread this fall on my large system build.
