i've noticed no manufacturer (ruger, remington, savage, marlin ...) providing any kind of accuracy statistics, where can I get some? Its easy to compare rifles on price/features, but not on accuracy. (i'm talking stock rifle, manifacturers reccomended ammo) |

Just about all ammo manufacturers have ballistics charts on their loads. Actual results may vary, but it gives you a good place to start. As far as testimony for different makes/models, forums such as this one are good places to find info. But what you read w/ a grain of salt b/c no matter what, there will always be good stories and bad ones.

I know Tikka(imagine Sako also) and HS Precision also include test groups w/ their rifles. I'd imagine any of the higher end manufacturers would also do the same.
