New toy.

I was wondering if anyone has seen a setup like this before?
I picked this up at the local sporting goods store.

This is after removing the scope.

After I removed the rail I found something interesting.

And a closer look shows that the previous owner removed the front sight post to facilitate mounting of the rail.

Does anyone know where I can get a new front sight or if I should just get one made?

Years ago, I had the chance to handle an anaconda. I never really felt inclined to buy one, but if I found a good deal on one, I might consider it. They are good looking. At the gun range today, someone had a similar set up with a .357. I don't know the model, but he had a similar scope mounted on it.
