I had a Kel-Tec P11 for a long time and never had a problem with it. If you want to know about ANYTHING Kel-Tec just hop over to KTOG.Org - Kel-Tec Owners Group they may be a little biased, but they are honest about their guns. You can look through the PLR-16 forum to see range reports, problems, and so forth. I plan on getting one as soon as the budget allows.

I don't know a lot, but from what I've heard, as a whole Kel Tec is a good brand. And judging by looks alone, that guns looks pretty cool. Other than that, I have no clue.
