Baby Browning Disassembly

I just bought a nice 1962 Baby Browning. Unfortunately, the manual has disassembly instructions (I bought a reproduction maunal on ebay) that don't make sense! There is no safety notch in the slide!

Can someone tell me how to take it apart or provide a link?

Thanks!

The Baby Browning .25 auto should have a small notch in the slide left side, not easily seen. Remove the Magazine, open action, make sure it is unloaded, re-insert empty Magazine and pull the trigger to uncock the action. Draw the slide to the rear until the safety forward nose can be pressed up in the front notch of slide , this will hold the slide to the rear. Turn Barrel 1/3 turn clockwise, push down on safety and carefully release slide from receiver off the front. Remove recoil spring assy. from receiver , turn barrel 1/3 turn counterclockwise and withdraw it from front end of slide. firing pin, spring and cocking indicaterassy. may be removed from rear of slide.
Re-assemble in reverse !

Rich, thanks! Knowing that the notch was hidden was the key!

My Bauer (baby browning clone) works same way. Cool little pocket gun.

I don't know if anyone responded to your question about disassembly of you baby browning. You can get a copy of the actual browning manual here.
