Well, I walked into Sportsmans Warehouse in Memphis yesterday to kill some time and found myself looking at the exact version of 1911 Airsoft gun that I've been looking for. I only wanted it to use for fitting my version of some long-discontinued Safariland wrap-around grips for a customer in Wa., I never really thought about shooting it. Last night in my hotel, boredom got the best of me and, long story short, this thing is a freaking blast! It shoots way high, but at 30 ft, I was putting a full 25 rd. mag of 6mm BB's in a 2" group. I'm a little old for toys, but I may've actually found some guns I can afford. ![]() ![]()

i can shoot my airsoft in the house it still sucks tho, its a crosman stinger .:: Crosman: Stinger R34 ::. you pull back the spring and 18 bbs fit in there, with 400 in a reservoir, it's really a pain to reload, and it's basically a bolt action, you have to pull back the thingie to load the next BB and sometimes it doesnt shoot and sometimes it shoots 2. i should get a new one next pay day |

I got the last laugh...long story, but yeah I'm happy. Plus I'm at home with my parents and sibling(s). Don't get to see em often and I'm home for 3 weeks doing pediatrics ambulatory rotation.

| That's Tokyo Marui... and it's one of the best in airsoft, but also one of the most expensive. You can get similar stuff from UTG at 1/3 the cost. You just have to know which ones are good and which are duds. I have a UTG MP5 that's got the same internals as the Tokyo Marui version and shoots great. There's just something sweet about being able to put a realistic gun on "full rock and roll".

| My bad, missed the typo, Firefox sees it as a misspelled word either way, so I didn't notice it.

Me and my lady just got a pair of Sig knock off airsoft guns what fun they are but she already shot me in the face once and in the back of the head. I told her that running right up to me and shooting was unfair. Plus it gave me a whelp on my face LOL.

| no comment on the fact that it likes to have stray shots? every once in a while it is about 15 degrees off on the angle the BB comes out

| I only got to shoot it once, the next time I hung out with him, it was broken. I wasn't really doing any shooting for accuracy, just screwing around with it. It is pretty annoying to have to cock it for every shot. Felt like I was playing with a lever action Daisy again.
