Buying a specific gun,

Where do I go to get a good deal on a specific gun? I'm looking for a Springfield Armory EMP. Is there a buying/selling forum here? Is there a website I should go to? Where do you guys go to get good deals? Also, if I go to a gun show, what are the odds of me finding an EMP there? Do you guys see them very often? Or do you happen to know what they're going for right now?
