M&P at #5...ehh, good enough. I would have put it higher, but it hasn't been out long enough. Give it time Btw, the list is pretty crappy. As much as I hate Glock, it shouldn't be that far back. |

| Conservative in Exile ![]() | I agree.....Both the Smith and Beretta are good guns. I have a G26 and with tru-glo's it's one of the most accurate and reliable autos I've ever shot. Like Tauruses (and own several), but certainly woudn't rank them above a Glock. To be honest, I'd not rank an M9/Beretta 92 above a Glock. Yes, it feels funny and takes some getting used to in the hand, but it seldom stops, always goes bang, holds alot, and hits the target. What more could you want ?

I agree with the Beretta 92FS and the Taurus PT92. But a High Point C9 is rated higher than a Ruger SR9 or a Taurus 24/7....lol. I'm sure there be a lot of comments on this one. Who knows......maybe you don't always get what you pay for........hmmmm

everyone is going to have an opinion. pick something that has a good reputaion, and fits your hand. for me, the best 9mm is the browning hi power. i'd give away my glock 34 for free before i sold any of my hi powers for twice what i have invested in them.

the hi-points are very reliable and ultra cheap with a life time warranty honestly, rag on them all you want cause they are ugly and not the best carry gun, but i would advise anyone who didnt know squat about handguns to get a hi-point (right after they get a .38 special revolver) |

I like my Taurus 92 and my Ruger P-89 (the Ruger's so tough you can use it for a hammer) The Luger is #1 in the cool look dept. but is not reliable.
