Has come today woohoo! Got here faster than what was expected, by a week. Didn't really come with instructions to put together I was disappointed and confused, so I had go by the picture simple enought but there are these two..things I am not sure what they are. They are difficult to describe except like an angle brackets with springs. Here is the website with picture. Lee Breech Lock Challenger Kit, Presses & Dies, Reloading, Shooting : Cabela's
The things are left of the press and below the resizing lube.
As game hunter notes, they are primer punches. They fit in the slot in the top of the ram before the shell holder is snapped into place. (Spring thingy up)
They load on the last part of the upstroke of the press lever as the ram goes all of the way down. The primer sits in the little cup above the spring and as you lower the ram, the L arm catches on the press frame and the primer is moved forward to align with the primer pocket in the case.
Some additional (forward/away) pressure on the loading lever seats the primer. You will quickly get a feel for how the seating of the primer feels.
Keep the arm/slot greased and be prepared to ease the punch forward by hand for a while until the slot/punch wears in because new machinery burrs can cause some irregular motion that will upset the primer.
I find them to be very handy. They are the only primer attachment that I use when I load on my Classic Cast turret.
Enjoy your new press.

For the most part, I don't use the primer ram on the press. But, if you deprime/resize without one in place, the spent primer goes flying who knows where! And on my Challenger press, I'm able to put them in and take them out with or without the shell holder in. For reference, I'll try to post a pic of mine in a few.

Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to reloading, just not looking forward to $30 per die set :O but hopefully it will save me money down the road. Lets hope so!
Fergit about saving money. Approach reloading as the manufacture of custom ammunition. Concentrate on producing good, safe, accurate ammo, rather than cheap fodder. For me, if money were my only motivation for reloading, I'd just buy cheap ammo on sale and in bulk...

I've found that I can make my own custom high quality ammo for the price of or less than the cheap fodder you can bulk buy.
After tappedandtagged's post I rechecked my press(Classic Cast Turret) and I did remember correctly-this one does not accept the punch with a shell holder in place, but I compared mine to an older Lee Challenger and the rams are pretty different anyway. The Classic Turret ram is 1.12" diameter and the Challenger has a 0.81" dia. ram. There is plenty of room in this ram for the spent primers to make it into the primer catch tube.(Sorry for the blurred image)

Note that the height of the slot is not enough to accept the punch.
