I have a CZ 527 American in .204 Ruger and it is the most accurate rifle I own. You would not be disappointed with the CZ if you bought it. My friend has the .223 version and it is because of his rifle that I went with the CZ. He bought his about a year before I bought mine and after shooting it I went down to the gun store to buy one and that's when they had just received the first .204 Rugers so I went with one of them instead. They are hard to beat.
Hard to go wrong with the tried and true Remington model 700. I have one in .223 and while not exactly cheap it's a shooter. As to best accuracy I'm partial to the new Savage models with the Accu-stock and Accu-trigger.
My thoughts exactly. Not unique, but you know it'll work and you know replacement parts are readily available basically anywhere in the world.
