Have to go with my ruger m77 in .257 roberts. Its the old style with a tang safety, and a wonderful shooter.

Mannlicher Schoenauer 6.5 . This thing is about the size and weight of a Daisy air rifle. Points like a dream and is deadly accurate like a death ray. Just stick with 160 gr bullets

| Deer Rifle
My Favorite Rifle For Deer For The Last 7 Or 8 Years Or So Has Been A Remington Model 700 Ml In .350 Rem.mag. It Wears A Leupold 1x5x20 , And Likes Handloads Topped Off With Hornady 250 Gr. Rnsp At Around 2500 Fps . This Load Shoots Flat Enough Out To 250 To 300 Yards With The Proper Hold And Those Big Blunt Bullets Exit From All Angles And Leave A Blood Trail Thats Easy To Follow .
