Is it possible?

To turn a G3 into a Semi Auto G36? If not, I found a SL8-1, But it is way too much money, and I don't know what condition it is in, or if its new...

With a Complete Machine shop at your disposal and about 80 hours , you might, But why would you want to turn a perfectly good .308 into a .223 Tactical type of weapon ???? Not recommended....

Totally different action types - roller locked vs. gas operated. Be like hammering an M1 Garand into an AK - or a Glock into a 1911.

Cosmetically, you could restyle the G3 to maybe resemble the basic layout of the other weapon.

I mean cosmetically, could I make a pretty good G36 Clone out of a G3 with the right amount of money and tools? Because I already know where I can get a G36 Stock sights and foregrip, but I don't know if they would fit a G3...This is the site with the G36 Parts
Heckler & Koch G36, G36K, G36C & SL8-1 Accessories - Stocks, Forearms, Rails, Flash Hider Etc.

If you wanted to build a G36, you'd be off to a better start with an AR-15 as the donor.

Or a G3. Ar-15 is technologically closer.

Looking at those accessories for the G36 - they would need some MAJOR rebuilding to fit a G3! The stock would need the G3's attachment(for the two pins) and recoil spring/buffer assembly added. The forearm might be a bit easier, but remove the two hooks at the back of it, and build in the bit that slips into the forward receiver section.
Tapco's T6 buttstock for the G3 would be better I think.

The parts are fairly expensive, and I hope you are very good mechanically.
Done right, it would be very interesting!

I think you're onto something there, with the full railed AR. If the G36 optics will fit a Picatinny rail, they'll fit that AR.

So do you think the G36 sights would fit the full railed AR 15 I posted?

Very true. Just expensive. But not necessarily more expensive.
