you nailed the reason i bought the savage varmint rifle instead of the remington- lack of caliber selection on remingtons part. of course even with the savage you need to go with a RH rifle in order to get something other than the 2 or 3 choices you get in left handed. unless of course you want to throw the factory barrel away right off.

I can`t get a VLP in 308

I gave trying to get EXACTLY what I want, but now it seems I can`t get close..
