Has Anyone Heard Of The Rem 700 safari Classic Rifle In 416 Rem Mag? People At Remington Don't Know Anything About It....

I believe it is one of Remington's custom shop rifles.

Im not sure it is a production rifle, either. A Remington book might go into some detail on it, or possibly their website.

I'm surprised Remington didn't have any info. Maybe another older member will remember more, hang loose and check back.
