Opinions on EMF. Good, bad, ugly?

Looking at a .357 carbine.

1892 Winchester Rifle and Carbine

Holy smokes man! I was at least expecting to have someone tell me I was a blazi'n idiot for even considering this route

No one has any insight?

The ones I've seen were great-looking, well made rifles. I'd say go for it!
