Don't know about the Tikka but, the .300WSM is one of the finest cartridges on the market today!
I have one,and the thing is excellent!(mine is a Win. mod 70)

What kind of accuracy do you get at 100 yards, factory loads/Handloads?

Most Tikkas that I have seen or shot, would consistently shoot under 1", they are very accurate rifles. As for the .300 WSM, it will hang under an inch all day long, with the right load.

I am getting 3/4 inch groups using the Winchester 150gr ballistic silvertips.
I think you should have no problems getting the same results.

I think you will be very please with your choice. I have limited 1st hand experience with the Tikka t3 but I've been impressed. I did work up loads for a Tikka T3 7mm Rem Mag, I liked the rifle, nice trigger, very accurate.

As far as the caliber is concerned I have taken many deer with my .300 WSM A-bolt Stainless Stalker, it is my favorite rifle. I have never tried any factory ammunition but mine will shoot sub-MOA groups with just about any handload I feed it.

Great rifle and great round. I don't think you will be disappointed at all. I have a friend who has your exact rifle. His shoots sub MOA with factory loads. I agree with the opinion of the 300WSM. Of the new cartridges it seems to have the biggest following. I am tempted to get one. I just need to stop buying Mosins!!

I own tikka's in 270 WSM, 7mm Rem Mag, .243, 30-06. The 270 WSM is the only T3. I love all of them and they are all very accurate. I am looking at a 25-06 T3 right now if something else doesn't catch my eye first.
