| I hunt, and I shoot service rifle competition. For deer hunting, a .30-30 that produces 3 MOA is adequate to 150 yards. A rifle/ammunition/shooter combination that can only produce 6 MOA should stay home. The X-ring on service rifle targets is 1 MOA. The 10 ring is 3 MOA. I have seen a lot of 1 MOA service rifles, and they are competitive. I don't think I have seen a true 0.5 MOA service rifle, but I suppose there are a couple out there. |

| Can't answer you there. Was only commenting on your previous post because I'd recently saw something in regards Stag previously being the largest supplier of AR parts before deciding to make their own. Saw it on either the Shooting Gallery,American Rifleman or Guns and Ammo shows on the Outdoor channel. They may have even gone by another name, can't remember that part, I just remember it being said. So as far as Lewis Machine tool, I haven't a clue and couldn't tell you. I suppose it doesn't really matter in the end. lol When it comes down to it, I suppose it's all a matter of personal preference? lol
