| Senior Member | Looking through the ammunition books and charts i have noticed the advantages of the Lazzeroni shells (be hard not too). I wanted to know if anyone has used this sheel or had experience with it. I was at a gun show and saw a guy selling them for about $20 each. This was for collectors and waht not but still. Just wondering if anyone likes this cartridge? Do you think this line is worth the extra $, recoil, and shorter barlle life? |

| No way. Anything that can be done with these cartridges can be done in another more popular, more barrel friendly, and lighter kicking cartridge.

| Senior Member | Five votes, three responses? Personally i like what they say the cartridges can do on paper. But i guess the fact is is that they just pack a ton more powder into a cartridge. Instead they should design a kool round like a wsm cept with something like 500 fps better and less drop. |

| I may have missunderstood the thread but the Lazzoroni is cartridges are for weapons chambered in Lazzaroni. That being said I looked into the Lazzaroni's before I bought my Weatherby and couldn't see the advantage to having them. Like previously posted there are plenty of mainstream cartridges and calibers that will get it done allot cheaper and be more fun. |

| NO. Not cost effective in my book. Why spend it when you don't have to?

| if you have a need for speed, the lazzeroni cartridges have a place. |

| Mr. Fixit ![]() | They aren't for me personally, but they have some damm impressive numbers. I see them as being very well suited to game like speed goats, long-range deer, or close\med. range game where you need massive hydrostatic shock. If money was no object, I'd have Sako TRG custom chambered in 7.21 Firebird.
