Tikka T3 Lite Stainless Steel w/ synthetic stock (6.5x55 ammo)

I need everyone's option.

I am currently eyeing an Tikka T3 Lite Stainless Steel w/ synthetic stock (6.5x55 ammo). Using a Burris Fullfield II 3x9x40 Scope Ballistic Plex. for around $876+/-. I will be using this to hunt WhitetailS Deer in Missouri, and recreational shooting at the range to practice...My questions are as follow:

1) What's people's option on Tikka T3 Lite?

2) 6.5x55 round? Good, bad, indifferent?

3) Burris Scope? Is it all hype or is it really that good of a scope?

4) Is it a good price for all that is listed?
