| First day at the range with my new Model 700 So today I went to the range for the first time in a while, but i got to shoot my new Model 700!! I put about 30 shots through her and I loved every second of it. I'll try and get some pictures of my targets and the rifle up. I thought the range would be packed today but me and my uncle were the only two out there. I didn't measure it yet but my best group at 100 yrds looks like its well under 1". |

| Thanks! yeah. I took pictures with my sisters camera but she can't find her cord to hook it up to the computer so I have to wait to upload the pictures. My tightest group was almost exactally 1/2" and most of the others were around 1" give or take. |

| I have to get out on the rifle range I have a '03 Springfield that I bought over a year ago, between heart attacks, diabetes and kidney failure I haven't had a chance to get out to the range. Cowboy action match on the 13th I'll have to go Tues or Thurs. if I don't have any Honey do's. Have plenty of ammo. '43 LC M2 black tip, one of the SO's gave me a full tin of it it's corrosive but windex will work great. I got it for my M1917. It is the most accurate ammo I have found for it We'll have to see how it works in the '03 So good luck with the 700 E
