| :assult: :assult: :assult: :assult: :assult: Last week I went to the range with 2 boxes of .40sw Fiochi ammo with my trusty Glock 23 and setted a few targets. After loading the new OEM Hi-Cap mags that I bought a few days earlier, I started shooting just to test my new mags reliability. Imagine my face when after the fifth rnd my trusty Glock started to jam and won't feed properly. This gun has over 20K rnds through it and has never had any problems with feeding all the crappy factory ammo I've put through it. Inmediately, I thought that the mags were faulty and disassemble the whole thing, but found nothing wrong anywhere. Since I was very upset with the situation, I loaded one of the mags with my defense Hydrashocks in 180grain variety and proceed to shoot my quality hollow points down range without a single problem. Then I reloaded the same mag with the crappy solid FMJ 180 gr Fiochi ammo and inmediately started having problems feeding the ammo to the chamber. Needlees to say I gave away the rest of the ammo to another shooter and I'm not buying Fiochi again in my life. ![]()

| I bought 50 rounds of Fiochi .45 ACP last time I was at one gun shop I frequent. I haven't had to open that box yet. I guess that time will tell. |

| :assult: :assult: :assult: :assult: :assult: Well, in the past I've shot Fiochi on my rifles without any problems, first time in my Glock. Also the bbl is a Federal standard length. As said before, I've shot over 20k rnds with this gun, probably more than 15K with this bbl alone, and the first time this happens, maybe I got a bad batch, who knows, but I'm not testing again with this ammo in my Glock sice it was a waste of money (I gave away over 75 rnds) The ammo I like the best for practice is the Blazer clean fire. :full: :full: :full: :full: :full:
