The GLOCK needs a holster for safety, in my opinion. I have the 27 and like it but I need the mag extensions for it to fit me, big hands. Also in my opinion GLOCK's should be carried in some type of holster that covers the trigger.

Neither should be carried in a pocket without a holster

I answered this question, as this is now a double-post: http://www.gunandgame.com/forums/spr...me-decide.html (xd 40s&w or glock 27 please help me decide)

Add the M&P Compact to the list too:

Smith & Wesson M&P Compact

You know you want one I'd definitely hold one before making a purchase. How it felt in my hand allowed me to decide between it, the Glock, and the XD.
