| My Master Plan Can Now Move Forward... Hit the gun show. Bought another Glock. Got a 26 this time. The master plan is to leave it for long periods with the 21SF. With any luck, they'll make a few 27s, maybe a few 30s and 36s. Maybe they'll make a 34, too. Anyway, here's Rosie: ![]() She's got that weird locking thing, too. But for the price, I can deal with that: ![]() Ok, so dumb question of the day. I didn't realize until I was three hours away, back home, that the ammo I bought for her was 9mm +P. The handbook didn't say squat about +P ammo that I could see. Does anyone know if she can handle +P ammo? Thanks!

| Never seen that locking thing before. Interesting. Nice pick-up. I love and carry my G27 on a daily basis. I literally feel naked without it, whether CC or OC.

| I'd only seen it in pictures before the gun show. But lots of dealers had them there. I think it was shops trying to unload the lockable Glocks that aren't selling in the stores.

| Yeah, oddly it does. I have big hands for a girl, but it fits well. My pinkie hangs off and curls under the bottom but it isn't uncomfortable and actually allows me to grip it well. Everyone keeps telling me to get the extension for the mags, but I don't think I will. It conceals perfectly, and I highly doubt I'll be using it for anything like IDPA anyway, so why bother.

| Locks the firing mechanism I believe. You did get the key to it right? Nice purchase. Good for you sucklead. Glad to see the Glock haters haven't changed your mind any. lol FYI, you can get yourself a magazine extension for that pinky if you want. I'm sure you knew/know that though. lol

| Lost in the Ozone Again ![]() | Sucklead--have a bunch of +P ammo thru my G26 which has had no problems. Functions great -- might look at trigger job and Wolff springs. I'd suggest the Tru-Glo sights--make the gun shoot very well ! Light tubes during the day; tritium at night. Great pistol. My problem is that I need to sneak the new guns into the house (namely SIG) -- promised wife I'd had enough for our budget. Be better off with a mistress ..........

| Went with Meprolight tritium night sights on my G35. Like the Tru-Glos just wish with thet TFO's they'd offer different choices other than green rear/green front to say green rear/red front or red rear/green front. Some sort of color scheme to make the front sight stand out a little. Cost on the meprolights when I got them was likr $69 bucks+ shipping. The price on the Tru-Glo TFO's is just under $100 bucks. Still affordable and worth it in my book. May look into those when mine wear out in about 8 or 9 more years; but then, who knows what else they'll have on the market by then? Look into it sucklead. I'm sure you'll like either of those sights. Ameriglo, has a ghost ring night sights I like. I like that option also. Not for certain applications of course. Happy shooting. And if those 2 Glocks of yours have a few little 'ens, what will you be asking? lol NOT!

| Personally, I have Heinie Straight Eight sights (with Trijicon Tritium inserts) on my G27 and you just can't go wrong with these. I've clover-leafed my first two shots of the day at the range less than an inch from the center X of a "reverse B-27" target.... at 25 yards (yeah... 75 feet). You can check out the full story (with lots o' pics) from time of purchase onward here: (New addition to my collection)

| I'm going to leave the 26 factory. The 21SF is another story. I put on the extended slide stop yesterday and am saving up for the Tru Glos for it. I'm toying with some other upgrades to it. But I'm throwing my money in it because it is my IDPA gun and my usual shooter. The G26 I just want to sit correctly IWB. And it does. I don't think I'll be needing anything else on her.

| ...and I think that's one of the great things about GLOCKs: They work great from the factory, but if you want to, you can accessorize the heck out of 'em!

| Are you going to be putting the 3.5 pound connector on it also sucklead? Makes for a much better trigger pull and for little cash. Easy to install also. 3.5 Pound Connector - GlockStore.com |

Sounds good. The only thing I ever do to Glocks is put night sites on them.
