Windwalker: Sir; thanks. I too live with a warriors mentality, that is why I say my prayers daily It is easier for me to enjoy the humor, even during the dire times. "The" said I would change after the different conflict injuries thought maybe I would think it funny diggin out lead or having neck fused a couple of time, being sewed up, having shoulders reconstructed, and on and on silly crap.
God gave us life; he intends us to be his ''witness'' I try. I chose, and I choose to believe that ''we'' are the fortunate ones.
Looking around this wonderful world beauty and filled with life. Looking past, we will find the harmony and enjoyment.

Neo, I read about all your posts as for the most part they are informative, positive, and sometimes humorous. In such a negative world its nice to find positive thoughts.
I lived my life with a warrior mentality which means not accepting my fellow man at face value and not trusting him too far if you intend to stay alive. Trust is earned, not given. This creed has kept me alive over 70 years so I can't fault it even though I am sure I missed some of the positive things others had to offer.

I come and visit reading and re reading your thoughts and comments. It assist me in my daily activities. For that I'm thankful.

Each of you bring a different yet the same thoughts. Caring and praying for the future. Praying for the spirit to hold us tight; and we; the witness's of Gods work striving with our passionate beliefs to carry on.

in the mornings I have "coffee" with my breakfast
at lunch I have ''water'' with my meal
at supper I have "water'' with my meal
before i go to bed at night I kneel;
asking for forgiveness, with thanks to all he has done for me, us, those and them. For his continual guidance, even on those days I don't listen too good.
