| Member | lefty o: I just did a Browning A bolt stock. I used a product called Dads Easy Spray, got it at where else W-mart, works great and easy, just follow directions, can be used indoors, wash with water, but wear rubber gloves for sure.

| Senior Member ![]() | Lefty O, Best results that don't require a torch are, Certistrip from Brownells, or NAPA gasket remover from the auto parts store. With both products I use two applications. The first is removed with a putty knife or scraper, the second with a scotchbrite pad and water. This leaves a clean surface ready to start finish sanding. Works for me! Dave375
