Turk Receivers not straight

I've sporterized 3 Turk receivers now. My gunsmith tells me the receivers are not straight. I guess that is why I have to trim stocks more on one side than the other.
My gunsmith says this is not a bad problem. Hmmm?
Im now wondering if cartridges are not square that later on, reloads may get stressed and split. Then I'll need a broken case extactor.
These receivers and bolts are all mismatched.
They all shoot.
Is this a major concern or is it just being picky?
Thanks

alot of mauser recievers are not straight. they are actually fairly easy to bend. if they cycle cartidges fine and the bolt throw is smooth , i wouldn't be overly concerned with it. your not going to bend cartridge cases, as they bend behind the front reciever ring, and everything important happens in the ring.

My thinking was; if the bolt face and chamber are not perpendicular the stress on cases may spilt the reloads near the base from that same rifle.

The rifle shoots fine and acruate so far at 300 yards, .75 MOA. Just want to maybe improve those fine results.

The "straightness" on a Mauser is the correlation of the boltface to the receiver ring and the action threading. The key word here is "concentricity."
The receiver ring face needs to be squared, the recoil lugs need to be lapped if there is any set back and the bolt face has to be squared to the lugs and receiver ring face. I love Mausers, the Turks depending on who made them are a good action to start with. The tooling needed to do the work properly is a lathe, lug lapping fixture, bolt face lapping fixture and lapping compounds. There are a few other things but for the most part this will get it started.
