Even if you read all the instructions, the first one will be a SOB #&. Use lots of release agent, good luck

If you mentally prepare it is not so difficult

Study the instructions and really think it through before starting. Once started you really cannot stop to check the instructions.

Be careful to understand the amount of force necessary to disassemble the rifle then know the force necessary to bolt the action back in place. Bolting the action back in place is not the time for too little or too much force.

If your kit has release agent be sure to understand the importance of this product. You do not want to super glue the metal to the stock.

Take time, take care, think it through then go for it.

I prefer the gel over the glass. This is one of those things that you need to do your research on. Learn all you can learn before you get started and take your time. There are plenty of videos (Good ones) to watch and plenty of good reads out there. If you have an old stock or two to practice with-if not, there are plenty of poor conditioned stocks out there for purchase. As stated above the release agent is just that-it's your friend. Good luck. You learn by your mistakes, hence the old junk stocks...
