H&R 700 .22 MAGNUM

Anybody have, or seen a H&R 700. Its a .22 Magnum auto, clip fed made from 1977-1985. They made two models, the standard, smooth wood, no checkering. Mine is the deluxe, nicely figured wood with checkering and it came with a 4x scope that is marked H&R. I even found a couple of the 10 shot magazines a gun show.

Nice 22 mag !!! You sure have taken nice care of it too ! Since becomeing a member at Gun and Game I've been amazed at all the different firearms H&R has manufactured over the years.

My I suggest you start a new Thread and name it H&R Roll Call. It would be nice to see if other members have some H&R firearms tucked away.

How does yours shoot ? Does it operate smoothly ? Jam ?

I noticed the other day while looking around Remingtons website that they have a 22 magnum autoloader now.

That sure is a nice Lil rifle you got there I hope you never get rid of it...A.H
