Thank you to everyone who has posted pix of and info about your reloading setup...

...I've enjoyed looking at the pix and have gotten new ideas of how to improve my setup.

Here is my set up finally.

I know it took me forever to get it together. You guys have a lot of good ideas. I kept it simple and organized with plenty of elbow room. I have another Lee single stage press to mount in the near future. Over all I am pleased with it. Thanks for all the ideas.

Pontiac - While I admire your setup for reloading.....that kind of neatness isn't welcomed by all of us.

all these benches look so nice and neat. mines still in organized chaos mode. now that all the old range brass has been cleaned and put away I need to do a good cleaning first. I got brass shavings, graphite spills, powder specs, and flakes of media everywhere. once i clean that up I'll be ready for a pic.

Your reloading area needs to be efficient.

Well..... If you were to see my car you would see not everything is that organized. My brother refers to my car as a garbage dump do to the mounting Mcdonalds wrappers. I understand not everyone has the same desires in their set up. I have to have my elbow room. Otherwise I knock stuff over and am constantly chasing rolling brass hitting the floor. I know you know what I'm talking about. Also this room is my spare bedroom. If I have company they have to sleep in here. But... Your point is well taken.

new bench

I just finished building a new one.All I lack is painting it, setting it in the utility room, and moving all my stuff onto it.

Here's what I have to offer. The bench top is double thickness of 3/4" plywood glued and ring nailed together topped with 1/4" hard Masonite glued and nailed so the surface is smooth. The frame is all from 2X4's. The shelves are free standing from 1X6 and the bottom shelf is a screw up from a countertop shop with a backsplash. The storage boxes are the plastic sweater boxes from WalMart. The bench is built to be easily dismantled and transported which is a good thing because we've moved a couple of times already. The messy area in the foreground is a 6' folding table where all the gun cleaning is carried out. Overkill? Probably but, I planned to do this only once in my life and it doesn't move when I'm working.

jashoffa it's taken some time to get them, but it sure makes it easy for caliber changes.

Rather then re-post all my pictures to this thread, it'll be easier and I'll just post the link to the thread I did post the pictures in...

Yeah, I was about to ask if his wife knew he'd bolted his press to the kitchen cabinets, lol!
