Thumbs up LEE Factory Crimp Die and Speed Die ROCKS

Got my 357mag loading dies yesterday....I ordered the LEE Speed die since I use a single stage press and also ordered the Factory crimp Die.

The Speed die is a single die body that you remove or add parts too without removeing the die body from the press....It does seperate deprimeing and resizeing into 2 seperate operations....but overall the die is a simple to use crimps my 9mm and 44mag cartriges tight!! and speeds things up with a single stage press.

The factory crimp die was simpe to use...quick...and in the revolver cartige gave the cases a rolled crimp that looks like a pitbull locked on to it......it also resizes the entire cartrige .... incase the bullet buldged the case dureing seating....adjusting the crimp is simple....1 hand operation....I tried very heavy too waht I call medium crimp....no deforeming the cases and the very heavy crimp you can see the caseing cuting into the lead bullets.....pulled a bullet off useing pliers and it took some work....Im hopeing to go shooting today to test them out (unless I get called in for this feaking launch tonight)...so more too follow.

Big Dog, I'm a little confused.

Does the one Speed die interchange with other calibers or did you have to buy one for each individual caliber?

They work great! Just ordered another for 8mm. Gotta put a fairly heavy crimp for the Hakim. They take quite a beating.
