32-20 necked down to 25 is th 25-20, 25-20 necked

Ok, so we take a 25-20 and neck it down, we get a 218 bee. Now with all of this 17 cal stuff, can we neck down a 218 bee, and make a 17-20, and what would balistics on that one be? have always loved the 25-20, and would love a six shooter made in it, but wouldn't it be fun to have a 17-20.

I have read of .10, .14. .17 and .19 calibers, never fired anything smaller than a .17 MachII myself.
The .10 cal was made from heavy gauge wire.
All sorts of wildcats out there.
