What kind of hunting bullet do you recomend for reloading - hunting bucks and deers (with Ruger Superblackhawk 44 Mag.). For best accuracy and stoping power???

240gr XTP from Hornady is a great deer hunting bullet.

Nosler also makes a XTP clone, works just as good and cheaper, could not tell any differance between the two in accuracy or killing deer! I use it loaded to 1350 in handgun & 1550 in rifle with H-110 or 296

I agree. If you want a heavier bullet, go to the Hornady 300gr. XTP-HP.
