The MEC produces quality reloads. Read the manual and set up accordingly, you should be pleased.
Happy shooting

10-4 on that Moose! I just paid $41 w\tax for 25 lbs. of 7-
1\2 and that was the cheapest I could find around here. I sure wish I'd a bought a few thousand lbs. back when it was $9.99\bag.

i was gona try to start reloading shot shells back when i got my reloading press for my rifle, but i couldnt find shot anywhere, i would probably have to drive to Raleigh or Richmond to find some in a store. otherwise midwayusa has some 50lb bags for 110$ free freight. either way it looks simpilar to buy loaded shells.

shots the killer. I got a 20 gauge mec. for christmas and luckily i had a 25 lb. bag of 7.5 chilled shot in the attack so im good for a little while. Price tag on that was $9.95. There was a guy selling seconds at the gun show i was at yesterday for 38.95 a 25 lb. bag. cheapest i've seen it in the past few months.

I load 3/4 oz loads for the 20ga & 7/8 oz for the 12ga to conserve shot. I can hit better with less shot of higher hardness quality than softer shot in most "promo" loads.

Is it costly to change a mec jr to reload .410...and can it be made to to the smaller .410 shells. I just got an enfield that was converted to british .410 and want to reload my own shells for it.

Too bad nobody makes a home shot tower. You could make shot out of wheel weights.

They do if you want to spend the $$$! LittletonShotMaker | Products
Of course, at todays shot prices, it wouldn't take long to pay for itself.
