HiPoint 380

do the hipoint ACP 380 last? its been sitting for a while n it make noise when i shake it like something is loose inside. what about the pin? a lot of folks tell me it will melt after a while, how true is that?

Oh jeez, more High-Point misinformation and hysteria. If it doesn't work anymore, contact them and they'll make it right. That's what "lifetime warranty" means. And FWIW, lots of autos will rattle when you shake them, especially when unloaded and uncocked.

Do you hear the rattle while the pin is melting?
I haven't heard that one before.

Hi-points will last a long time if you take care of them just like any other gun.

Ron dog is right, if it's not firing properly send it back to Hi-point.

Don't listen to anyone that doesn't own one.

Post your question here for some expert advice from some true owners.
