| I have a 3" judge. I love it. I have found that the sidekick or Hunter holster for a Smith and Wesson K frame will work fine. The leather Hunter fits tight but broke in fine. |

A company called SERPA makes a holster (hip) specifically for the shorter
barreled Judges. It operates by depressing a button that releases revolver
for draw than using a retention strap or/and tension screw. As for myself,
having the 6.5 Judge, I have an Uncle Mike's vertical shoulder holster on
order.

I just bought an Uncle Mike's "Sidekick Vertical Shoulder Holster" for my 6.5 Judge.
It's basically for hunting and for $37.00 - IT'S NICE!!!
If you have a shorter barrel and would be interested in vertical shoulder holster
for concealed carry, you might look at Uncle Mike's "Pro Pack Vertical Shoulder
Holster." Otherwise, a holster made specifically for the Judge is a hip carry
made by SERPA. Seems to have good reviews.

| Holsters I have for my Taurus Judges...
aimtrue,
I have purchased holsters from Optics Planet, by Bulldog, sku# OG-HT-FSN-33, especially for the Taurus Judge: OG-HT-FSN-33 Bulldog Cases Belt And Clip Ambi Holster w/ Color Header Card Packaging for Most Compact Autos 3 - 4" With Oversized Mag (Glock 26 & 29) FSN-33
Beautiful pancake holsters from Simply Rugged: Leather Gun Holster, Concealed carry holster - Simply Rugged, Proudly made in Alaska
And, great ballistic nylon rigs from West Woods Landing: Order Process - Step 2, how you want to wear your holster
I have both 2.5 and 3" Judges, for left and right carriage. This includes a double horizontal shoulder rig for my two 3" Magnums, and a Universal Belt Holster for my 2.5" holster that goes in the small of my back. West Woods Landing also supplied my holsters for my four Ruger Super Redhawks and three Super Blackhawks, all in .44 mag... Yes, I have rigs set-up to carry all seven at once... You might say, I "like" revolvers...
OldPaladin, out... Oh, forgot, also use a Maxpedition Colossus Versipak, as my current Judge carrier: COLOSSUS™ Versipack™ - Versipacks - MAXPEDITION HARD-USE GEAR® (Primary innovator and premier manufacturer of outdoor, hunting and tactical nylon gear)
Jack Bauer, eat you heart out... |

I found holsters for the Public Defender Judge. Try simply rugged holsters.I am awaiting delivery of my new 4510TKR-3SS The Judge revolver.
So far my efforts have failed to find a source that sells a belt or paddle holster for this revolver.
Your suggestions where I can obtain one will be appreciated.
Thank you[/QUOTE]
