I would need to discuss with you what it is exactly what you want and go over the thoughts and possibilities.

HI SCGirl,
My signature is my website. I have an old site,, qh-holsters.com stil running also, but it isn't as user friendly for the dial-ups. So I have this new sitte being worked on with a bigger and faster server. It isn't totally done yet, but take a look around.
I got into making holsters by accident about 2 years ago, that started as a project for myself, and it just kinda snowballed.
I have my designs and methods, but if the customers wishes require a different train of thought, I do what I can. If it is something I can't do, I'll do my best to help you find what you want. But generally, if my machine can handle it, I can build a rig to fill the wants, wishes and needs.
If you decided you might want to discuss the possiblities, give me a call, the number is listed on the website. I'm usually available by phone from 7am-9pm central.
I hope to hear from you!!!

Dave

Are you wanting it for CCW, or range use?

Carrying a loaded weapon CCW for self-defense is serious business, and it should be approached as such. Fashion should be the last consideration, the first should be safety, which means sturdy and dependable support. That means wear a good belt that will support the weight/bulk securely, and pants that have enough room for the extra size of the gun/holster. You shouldn't have to dink with or "adjust your package" all the time, and if it ever comes off, you're a long way from doing it right.

For range use, that's a whole 'nother thing. Use whatever works, safely.

Just my humble opinions, priced accordingly.

Especially with shoulder holsters find a store or dealer that carries them and try on both a horizontal and a vertical carry type to see which you prefer. Also, don't buy one that has elastic or a strap that goes under the off side arm. It puts the weight of the gun under that arm and is very uncomfortable for a prolonged carry. You want one that snaps around your waist belt on the off side. It is much more comfortable. Good luck with your choices.

Copy that. I paid almost $60 for a DeSantis belt.

Belly band or smart carry!
No belt needed but you have to get use to them.
